How do I get to Rockport?
Rockport is about an hour outside of Boston by car. If you prefer to go without a car, you can take the commuter rail out of North Station in Boston using the Newburyport/Rockport line. Rockport’s train station is walking distance to town and hotels.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony will be indoors and our reception will be in a heated tent. Cocktail hour will be at least partially outdoors, weather permitting.

Are children invited?
We aren’t able to accommodate little ones at our wedding, but are looking forward to having them join us for the welcome party.

How are we getting to the reception venue?
We are providing round trip bus transportation between Rockport and our reception venue so guests are free to enjoy the bar. Exact pick up location for the buses is TBD, but will be in Rockport. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at the venue.

What is there to do in the area?
Rockport is one of our most favorite places! We hope you take time to walk Bearskin Neck, explore the shops and art galleries, find some fresh seafood, and bop down to the beaches. Some recommendations:

What should we do in the time between the ceremony and reception?
We recommend freshening up, taking a stroll around town, or grabbing a drink at the bar at the Fish Shack, Feather and Wedge, or the Hideaway. Just leave some room for cocktail hour!
